  • Amalstores takes strong measures and protocols to ensure that the buyers always receive what they saw and ordered from the website. However, if buyers do not find the ordered item as they expected, they can request Amalstores to return or refund the order under conditions applied.
  • We have our own making in home textile, we assure you to deliver correct item. In case on any human error in the products Amalstores is here for you with all our services.

  • 30 days of after buying & even after 30 days we are here to solve to all issues of our customers.

  • Must make order opening video and make sure the product is delivered in perfect working condition. Send that video to the Amalstores team, otherwise, your complaint will not acceptable.

  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed product with original tags & packing within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

  • Electric & Electronic Products: Non-branded electric & electronic products have only a check the warranty. So please record your order opening video as mentioned above.
  • If Mistake Is On Amalstores End, We Will Replace It With 0/- COD But In Case of Mistake At the End Of Customer, Replacement Charges Will Be R.s 350/-

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund methods.

Refund Option: Bank Deposit/Jazz Cash/Easy Paisa

Refund Time: 6-7 working days after receiving the returned parcel.

The bank account details provided must be correct and the account must be active and should hold some balance. Deduct Bank charges fee from your amount when transfer your amount.

Jazz Cash

The Jazz Cash account Number and Account holder name provided must be correct and the account must be active and should hold some balance. Deduct Jazz Cash transfer fee when refund your amount in your account.

Easy Paisa

The Easy Paisa account Number and Account holder name provided must be correct and the account must be active and should hold some balance. Deduct Easy Paisa transfer fee when refund your amount in your account.
